Edwin B. Salmon – Chairman of the Board, CEO, President and Director
Mr. Salmon held several executive positions at Honeywell Information Systems, Inc. He held the positions of Branch Manager for Virginia, the Carolinas and Florida as the Branch Manager for Florida and Caribbean. He had marketing, sales and systems responsibility and maintained offices in Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Tampa, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Miami and San Juan Puerto Rico.
As assistant to the Honeywell Vice President of Marketing for the United States, Mr. Salmon was involved in the acquisition by Honeywell of the computer division of General Electric and Machine à Bulle of France. Mr. Salmon built relationships with many of the top corporate leaders in America which he continues to maintain.
During the last five years, Mr. Salmon served as President of Affiliated Business Services, Inc. a Florida consulting firm helping Private and Public companies primarily in the area of debt restructuring.

Alvin Ayers – CFO, Secretary, Treasurer and Director
Mr. Ayers has over forty years combined experience in senior level management, finance, sales and marketing, of which thirty years in the computer industry while employed at IBM, Honeywell and America Online. During the last five years, Mr. Ayers have been with Affiliated Business Services, Inc. consulting with businesses to structure their financial posture. He is also associated with The National Council for the Prevention of Impaired Driving (NCPID), a nonprofit community service organization that works to keep impaired drivers off the road and provide them a safe ride home.

MG Victor J. Hugo, Jr., Ret. US ARMY – Director
He was commissioned a second lieutenant and awarded a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy in 1954. He also holds two Masters of Science degrees: one in International Affairs from George Washington University and the other in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. His military education includes completion of the Basic Officer Courses from both the Infantry and Air Defense Schools, Field Artillery Officer Advanced Course, Command and Staff Course at the Naval War College, and the National War College.
He has held a wide variety of important command and staff positions culminating with his assignment as Commanding General, 32nd Army Air Defense Command in Germany. Other key assignments include Director of Management, Office of the Chief of Staff, Army; command of the 38th Air Defense Artillery Brigade in Korea; command of the New York-Philadelphia Air Defense (16th Air Defense Artillery Group); command of the 1st Battalion, 44th Artillery in his fourth and final tour in Vietnam; and command of a Special Forces A Detachment in Vietnam.
General Hugo served in a variety of important career building assignments prior to his last command. He served as a Military Leadership Instructor with the Continental Army Command Leadership Board at Fort Bragg. He was Assistant Secretary of the Army General Staff; Deputy Director of the Army Staff; Executive Officer and Senior Aide to the Chief of Staff; Chief of the Coordination, Analysis, and Reports Division in the Office of the Chief of Staff; and staff officer in the Joint Staff, Office of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
Since 1996, MGEN Hugo has been an independent consultant in defense and management. Among his clients are MPRI, Raytheon, and Northrup Grumman.

Mark S. Ayers – Director
Mr. Ayers has 20 years of manufacturing business experience with multinational and domestic companies. Mr. Ayers is currently President and owner of Select Home Services, LLC., a general contracting company in Annapolis, MD. He oversees all business functions including HR, finance, operations, business development, sales and marketing. Mr. Ayers is an active member of APICS, The Association for Operations Management, and has served as V.P of Marketing for the Baltimore APICS Chapter. He graduated in 1991 with a BA in Management from North Georgia College. He also received an MBA in 1993 from Brenau University.
Captain A. Karavias – Director
Chairman of the Board and founder of SAENZ served as a Captain in the Navy for fifteen years, a ship owner for over 40 years that included several freighters and tankers. He has also owned mega yachts for over 40 years and recently built five super yachts of 32 and 41 meters.

Peter Villiotis – Director
President of SAENZ, has served for the last 18 years as Director of Technical operations of Carnival Cruise Line, and brings his engineering and maritime experience to guide SAENZ.
